Shipping and Returns

Ashé & Heir is a small-batch luxury fragrance house. Our candles are poured with intention, cured with care, and released only when they meet our quality standards.

Orders typically ship within 14–21 business days, depending on inventory and cure time.

Because our candles are freshly poured and cured in small batches:

• Orders ship after candles have fully cured, ensuring optimal burn and fragrance throw.

• If inventory is already cured and available, orders may ship sooner.

• During launches, presales, or high-volume periods, additional time may be required.

We will always communicate estimated shipping timelines clearly at checkout or via announcement.

At this time, we ship within the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles once they have shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@asheandheir.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damage

• Photos of the packaging

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
